Matching 401k Program

The 401k program is administered by Paychex and the fund manager is Federated.

 

Elite IT Services matches 100% of the first 3% contribution and 50% of the next 2% contributed

● Employees are 100% vested on the first day of employment.

●  401k administration website allows you to:

  1. Enroll in the plan

  2. Check the value of your retirement plan

  3. Transfer money between mutual funds

  4. Verify or change your fund percentages for future contributions

  5. Verify or change your contribution percentage

  6. Request a 401k loan

  7. Administer your 401k loan

  8. Obtain price and historical yield information by mutual fund

  9. Request a prospectus from your funds manager or retrieve information on account closure

In addition to the above benefits, Paychex website also features retirement planning calculators and a complete investment education center.

Medical & Dental Benefits


Medical coverage

Medical Coverage is provided through Group Health Plan (GHP).  Elite is committed to providing one of the best medical plans available to employees.

  • No Annual Deductible

  • Inpatient Hospital, unlimited days, surgery, anesthesia and maternity covered at 100%

  • Outpatient surgery and diagnostic services covered at 100%

  • Emergency room visits - $75 co-pay (waived if admitted)

  • Preventive care visits:

    Primary Care Physician = $20 co-pay

    Specialist = $25 co-pay

  • Prescription drug services:

    Generic = $8 co-pay

    Brand Name = $25 co-pay

    Non-Preferred = $45 co-pay

  • Thirty day waiting period for eligibility

  • Company pays 50% of employee and eligible dependents

  • Employee pays the remaining 50% through payroll deductions.

Dental Coverage

Elite IT Services is enrolled in the Essex Dental Benefits Program. The program is available to all employees as an option. Employee pays the full premium which would be automatically deducted every month from your paycheck.

 

The Premiums for this plan are:

  • Employee = $28.70 per month through payroll deduction

  • Employee+Spouse = $56.83 per month through payroll deductions.

  • Employee+Children =$59.95 per month through payroll deductions.

  • Family =$87.99 per month through payroll deductions.

Additional Benefits


Six Paid Holidays

Elite has 6 paid Holidays (8 hours constitutes Holiday) available to all Employees:

  • New Year's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

  • Labor Day

Company Paid Life Insurance

The company pays 100% of the premium for a standard $50,000 life insurance benefit for all employees that elect the medical coverage.


Direct Deposit

Our payroll services allow your paycheck to be directly deposited into a checking or savings account at your selected financial institution.

 

Employee Referral Bonus

Employees are paid a $500 referral bonus for any consultant or permanent placement that is employed for 90 days or longer.
